PHOTOGRAPHING FOR PRIVATE PURPOSES
Photography is permitted for private purposes until further notice. The use of flash, tripods or selfie sticks is prohibited. Other guests may not be hindered by photography.F
Publication of photographs outside purely private areas and platforms requires the express consent of the hotel. This also applies to scientific publications. Commercial use by the photographer or even by third parties is expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in such cases.
We also ask you to respect the rights of other visitors to their own image.
ACCREDITATION
Representatives of the press and media have free access to the Capuchin Crypt in the course of their work. They must register at least three working days in advance.
The presentation of a press card alone does not entitle the holder to free admission to the Capuchin Crypt. The staff at the ticket desk are not authorized to make any exceptions.

AUTHORIZATION FOR FILM AND PHOTO SHOOTINGs
We will be happy to advise you on your reporting about the crypt and support your project with information and material as far as we can.
For reasons of personal rights and above all out of consideration for the cramped situation in the crypt, filming appointments are only possible outside opening hours.
A written agreement is required for photo and film shoots for your own projects or the projects of third parties. We require the following information to process your request:
- Description of the project
- Type, form and time of the planned publication
- Name of the person or company responsible
- Name of the client
- Confirmation letter from the client
- List of all persons involved in the shoot

COSTS
During opening hours, we will be happy to help and advise you by appointment.
For agreed shooting dates, we charge a contribution towards expenses for the use of resources and the provision of accompanying or supervisory staff, depending on the time and logistics involved. We will be happy to prepare a quote based on your ideas and requirements.
